You can take a help of any local travel agent and they ll help you with this

We live in Texas and the embassy with the jurisdiction is in Washington DC. And we have 3 people in the family needing to get visas. Can 1 family member or friend bring in all 3 applications with completed application forms, documents and passports?

@alex It’s possible if the other 2 family members give consent to the person who’s going to the embassy.
