Hello, one can apply for a Korean visa as early as 3 months before the intended time of travel. With that said, March would be too early po.

When you claimed your passport from the embassy po, is there a designated time for claiming?
@alex indicated po sa slip given by embassy na releasing time of passport is from 1.30pm-4pm.
