The most secluded ones are the smallest ones... only the exploration is more limited as they're so small... it's mostly relaxing (Koh Kood, Koh Lipe, Koh Yao Noi for example). We found Koh Lanta and Koh Phangan also to be peaceful, there definitely are tourists around but the roads were quiet and it felt more relaxed... there's good exploration on both of them.

I've been to Koh Maak 2 times, it's so quiet and a real paradise, and been once in Koh Wai once for 7 days .... just swimming, snorkeling, and sleeping. such a wonderful islands
